Dear Customer,
With reference to the event involving the vessel GNV Phoenix at the Port of Naples on 27 May 2026, a unit that was scheduled to be chartered by Adria Ferries for maritime connections between Bari and Durrës and vice versa during the 2026 summer season, Adria Ferries wishes to reassure customers, commercial partners and its agency network that the situation is being constantly monitored.
The Company remains in continuous contact with GNV’s partners and would like to express its utmost solidarity for what has occurred and for the difficulties faced during these hours.
The Company is following all technical and operational developments with the utmost attention, with the primary objective of ensuring full continuity of service on the Bari–Durrës route throughout the entire summer season.
Should it become necessary, Adria Ferries has already identified alternative operational solutions through the sourcing and deployment of vessels fully compliant with the high standards of quality, safety and service that have always distinguished the Company and strengthened its leadership position in the maritime connections market with Albania, also thanks to the collaboration with its partner.
Passenger protection, service reliability and operational continuity remain absolute priorities for Adria Ferries.
