Announcement of 25 August 2021

Adria Ferries Company, informs that, due to technical problems with the vessel operated by the carrier GNV on the Durrës - Bari line, there will be a change in both the departure time and the destination for the journeys departing from Durrës for Ancona.

Dear passengers,

We are sorry to have to inform you that, due to technical problems with the vessel operated by the carrier GNV on the Durrës to Bari line, which is also used by Adria Ferries for its own passengers, under a current sharing agreement between the two companies, there will be a change in both the departure time and the destination for the journeys departing from Durrës for Ancona already scheduled from 26 to 30 August inclusive. 

The new departure time for all journeys will be 23.00 hrs, with destination Bari.

This change is necessary to accommodate all passengers due to return to Italy from Albania on those dates.

Passengers affected by this change can contact our offices at number +39 071 50211621 and choose between one of the following alternatives:

- full refund of the ticket (only the return part in the case of an outward/return ticket);

- accept the new departure time and new destination, with a refund of the price difference associated with the new line;

- issue of an open-date ticket (OPEN).

Due to the situation described, the departures from Ancona to Durrës from 26 to 30 August inclusive will also be cancelled and passengers booked on those journeys can contact our offices at number +39 071 50211621 and choose between one of the following alternatives:

- full refund of the ticket (only the return part in the case of an outward/return ticket);

- re-accommodation on the Bari to Durrës journey at 23.59 hrs, with refund of the price difference;

- issue of an open-date ticket (OPEN).
