From 17 to 20 May Ancona hosts one of the flagship events of the entire Adriatic-Ionian Macroregion: the fifth edition of Tipicità in blu, the festival that promises a total immersion in the atmosphere of this corner of the Mediterranean!

Adria Ferries will be the main sponsor of the event: Albania will be, in fact, the special guest of the 2018 edition, with the city of Durres as its protagonist, its cuisine and its traditions.

The lion's share will be food, science, boating and shipbuilding, sport, culture and tradition. Sea food at the center of attention, with the Blu Village set up at the Fish Market: mussels, bombetti, sardoni and many other tasty dishes of the Ancona and Marche tradition accompanied by excellent wines from the hills of the area.

The Mole Vanvitelliana will host prestigious TV personalities who will accompany visitors through workshops on sustainability and on the themes of fishing, on the world of shipbuilding and along stimulating tasting itineraries to discover the wines produced by the Monte Conero "vineyards on the sea".

Do not miss the "Sailing chef", the original sailing regatta with cooking competition on board, but there will also be mini-cruises featuring gourmand proposals to be enjoyed on board a motor vessel during the evocative crossing from Ancona to Portonovo.

The event is organized by the Municipality of Ancona in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce Dorica, together with a large pool of local authorities, associations and partner companies.
