PRIVACY POLICY ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
UNDER ART. 13 EU REGULATION No. 679/2016

Dear Applicant,

Adria Ferries S.p.A., with registered office in Lungomare Vanvitelli no.18, 60121 Ancona (AN), is the Controller of your personal data and wishes to inform you, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016 “on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data”, that your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner and protecting your privacy.

The personal data contained in your curriculum vitae will be processed on the basis of the consent given when it was sent to us for the following purpose:

- Receipt, processing and assessment of a spontaneous application.

The personal data in your curriculum vitae will not be disclosed and/or communicated and/or sent to third parties.

If interested in doing so, the Controller will store and process the data in your curriculum vitae for the time required to fulfil the aims referred to above and nevertheless for no more than 18 months from receiving the application; conversely, if your curriculum vitae does not meet the selection parameters set by the Controller, your personal details will be erased.

We should inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016:

a) You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal (Art. 6, par. 3);

b) You also have the right to ask the Controller for access to your personal data (Art. 15), its rectification (Art. 16) or deletion (Art. 17), the limitation on the processing thereof (Art. 18) or to object to its processing (Art. 21), and also the right to data portability (Art. 20).

c) You can exercise the rights referred to in points a) and b), by filling in the form which you can download from the website https://www.adriaferries.com and sending it to the Controller according to the following procedures:

• by post to Adria Ferries, Lungomare Vanvitelli no. 18, 60121 Ancona (AN), for the attention of the Controller;

d) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Art. 77) according to the procedures indicated on the site of the Authority at the web address: https://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/reclamo, or to seek an effective judicial remedy (Art. 79).
