Corporate Governance and Code of Ethics
With the aim of strengthening the control systems to prevent possible risks, the commitment to social responsibility and corporate ethics as well as the desire to organize itself to face future challenges, Adria Ferries has chosen to introduce the Organization Model, Management and Control (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01) and the Code of Ethics.
To make the 231 Model fully operational, the Supervisory Body was appointed by the Board of Directors with the role of controlling the functioning and observance of the Model.
Through Model 231, the Company defines, among other things, the identification of the corporate risk areas, the methods of prevention and control of these risks and the observation of high ethical standards in the regular conduct of work, also in order to fight corruption and corporate crime.
Through the Code of Ethics, Adria Ferries has made explicit the values that all employees must abide by in terms of conduct, integrity, individual honesty and transparency as well as the refusal of any conduct that presents aspects that are not compatible with the law and the rules of conduct of the Society.
